The Wedding of Shane and Jemma took place on the 15th July 2016 at Pendennis Castle, Falmouth.
Another lovely day in Cornwall, just perfect for a wedding!
Today was a Pendennis Wedding for a lovely Northern couple who I met at the Pendennis Wedding fayre last year. They fell in love with Lily and decided they wanted her at their wedding! So in Lily it was that I set off in to Falmouth, really looking forward to seeing Shane and Jemma in all their finery.
I arrived at Discovery Quay at 14:45 to collect Shane and his 2 groomsmen. They had time before the ceremony to stop off at the beach for some photos and knowing they loved the Cornish cider ‘Rattler’, I had popped a few in the van so they could have a drink before the wedding.
After dropping them at the Castle I then headed to where the Bride and her party were staying. The first trip was to take the Mother of the Bride, Bridesmaids and flower girl and then back for Jemma and her Dad.
It really brightened up after the ceremony for some lovely photos around the castle and with Lily.
As they both love the Cornish Rattler they had opted for a couple of bottles instead of the normal Champagne. Jemma had a bottle of the berry Rattler and Shane a bottle of the original.
It was a really great day and I finally left Pendennis by 6pm.
Congratulations Shane and Jemma x
